My Story
I started training at 16.
Bullied at school for being “the beanpole”.
(I’m 6ft 4 and was, at the time, 55kg)
By university, physique development had completely changed my life.
But then came my first year in the city.
Long hours. Stress. Burnout. Brain fog.
What once worked, no longer did.
I entirely lost the physique I’d spent 5 years building.
So I rebuilt everything from the ground up.
I now compete naturally in international bodybuilding shows and help guys like me transform their physiques, whilst continuing to work as a credit analyst in London.
WHAT RESULTS CAN YOU EXPECT?
My clients aren’t teenagers with hours to dedicate to the gym.
They have busy lives.
Six-figure businesses. Hedge fund jobs. New fathers.
The guys I work with on average lose 10-20lbs in their first 10-12 weeks on the programme.
“The thing I value the most is you tell me how it is. I’ve worked with other coaches in the past and they’d say yes to anything I suggested, but you give me the reality I need to hear and keep me on the right path”
TJ, UNITED KINGDOM
Being an ex-bodybuilder I needed to make a lot of change very quickly given the nature of my career in financial services and the need to look somewhat professional.
I’ve previously worked with bodybuilding coaches and given the change in priorities I wanted to work with someone who understood the reality of my new lifestyle - 20 weeks later and I’m both stronger and leaner (and I now fit into suits too)

"I'd been carrying stubborn belly fat for years and assumed it was due to TRT and various medications.
Billy kept things simple, navigated my food intolerances, gave me structure and accountability, and built a plan I could actually stick to.
After just 10 weeks I'd lost nearly 15lbs.
I can't recommend him highly enough”
